Partner Membership Guidelines
The Greater Dandenong Chamber of Commerce is the premier business member association for SMEs to Global Corporations. The Chamber has 3 pillars which include advocacy, networks and collaboration.
- The Chamber is open to all businesses and all industries across the Greater Dandenong Region. For more than 75 years the Chamber has brought businesses together to connect, promote, support, educate, and recognise business excellence.
- Becoming a Premium Partner is an opportunity for your business to demonstrate brand excellence, positioning within industry and generate a presence through additional channels, as a support and promoter of businesses across the South East ecosystem.
- For Premium Partner events, the Chamber will provide event promotion, invite guests from the Chamber database, social media and other channels to coordinate RSVP’s and associated administration.
- The Chamber will provide the Partner with a business card listing of those who have willingly entered the draw.
Chamber Expectations of a Premium Partner
- Identify, as a local to the South East Melbourne as a leading business.
- Invite their own guests, key accounts and customers to events.
- Consider how introductions across the South East (and beyond) will be of mutual benefit.
- The Networking / Tour / Experience will be scheduled in conjunction with availability, based on dates set by the Chamber.
- Events / products / services are the responsibility of the partner. This includes the location, food and beverages.
- If the Premium Partner is unable to access a suitable venue, the Chamber will source one (that is non-compete), and look to use a Chamber member’s venue.
- The Premium Partner will assist with the event promotion through inviting guests, publishing on social media and any other channels of advertisement readily available.
- The Partner should provide a door prize to the perceived value of $100 or more for their networking event.
- There is an expectation that a representative/s of the Premium Partner will attend a majority of Chamber events and be active members.
- There is an expectation that a minimum of two representatives of the Premium Partner will attend the final awards presentation event.
- That a representative/s of the Premium Partner will attend a majority of the Greater Dandenong Business Awards events.
- The Chamber reserves the right to dissolve the Partnership upon expiration if the Premium Partner has not met Chamber expectations.
- Premium Partner Membership acceptance is subject to the decision of the Greater Dandenong Chamber Committee
